Usually the lunatic persons have the belief that they are wiser than all others; slightly more lunatic ones also keep telling about this notion of theirs to all others; the still-more lunatic ones additionally keep themselves engaged in proving the others to be lunatics. 
Hindi Translation: कुछ मूर्ख ऐसे होते हैं जो अपने आप को सभी दूसरों से अधिक समझदार समझते हैं; इनसे बड़े मूर्ख ऐसे होते हैं जो अपने को दूसरों से अधिक समझदार होने का ढिंढोरा भी पीटते रहते हैं; इनसे भी बड़े मूर्ख ऐसे होते हैं जो दूसरों को मूर्ख साबित करने में जुटे रहते हैं।
