An environment which fails to encourage and promote creative initiatives of the talented persons, the people there try to be distinguished and earn merit points by creating road-blocks in the paths of each others' creative initiatives.
Hindi Translation: जहाँ पर सकारात्मक पहलकदमियों को कोई बढ़ावा नहीं दिया जाता, वहां पर लोग एक दूसरे की सकारात्मक पहलकदमियों के रास्तों में रुकावटें डाल कर अपनी अपनी सफलताओं का प्रदर्शन करने लगते  हैं।
