Over-tolerance of seditious acts and even statements, under the garb and cover of democracy, might be just like sowing the seeds of uncontrollable revolts leading to partition or division like situations.
Hindi Translation: लोकतंत्र के नाम व बहाने से राजद्रोही गतिविधियों व बयानों की अत्यधिक सहिष्णुता या फिर आने वाले समय में देश की खंड़ता के बीज बोना,  दोनों एक सामान क्रियाएं लगती हैं।
