INDIAN AIRLINES All Women Crew January 15, 1986:   On this day, the Indian Airlines had its first all-women crew on a commercial passenger flight when Captain Saudamini Deshmukh and co-pilot Nevedita Bhasin took off from Silchar to Calcutta.
