DISASTERS - STAMPEDE MANDHRADEVI KALUBAI TEMPLE Satara, Maharashtra January 25, 2005:   With no fire tender in the vicinity and a single, narrow lane leading to the prayer site, the stampede at the Kalubai temple in Wai in Satara district, more than 300 devotees were killed.
