INDIA - DEMOGRAPHY TRANSGENDERS July 03, 2017:   The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced that it will waive off the fees for transgender students, in all the courses that it offers. An official said that this has been done to integrate the special group with the mainstream. He added that all the study material will also be provided free of cost.
