NITISH KUMAR July 26, 2017:   He resigned from his post of Chief Minister of Bihar, saying that after the Deputy Chief MInister, Tejasvi Yadav, had decided not to step down despite having been accused of being involved in thousands of crores worth of benami property scam. Soon after resigning he announced having joined the NDA (National Democratic Alliance led by the BJP) and also announced his intention of forming a government in Bihar jointly with NDA.
