PRANAB MUKHERJEE March 19, 2017:   He addressed the closing ceremony of International Conference on Buddhism in the 21st century at Rajgir, Nalanda in Bihar, India. Over 1,000 delegates from 35 countries, including Sri Lanka, Nepal, Singapore and Indonesia, participated in the 3-day conference that started on March 17, inaugurated by Dalai Lama.
