SHARAD PAWAR May 01, 2008:   He was served a contempt of court notice on this day in connection with the land allotment case for issuing statements to the press even though the matter was subjudice at the time. Also in connection with the case, the respondents were directed not to create third-party interests in the property under dispute and to undertake any developments at their own risk.
