KHAN ABDUL GHAFFAR KHAN (Frontier Gandhi) May 08, 1948:   He formed Pakistan's first National opposition party, on this day, the Pakistan Azad Party. The party pledged to play the role of constructive opposition and would be non-communal in its philosophy.
