NARENDRA MODI November 25, 2016: He laid the foundation stone of All India Institute of Medical sciences at Bhatinda in Punjab.He said that fields of farmers must have adequate water that belongs to India and assured farmers their right over the water that flows through Indus adding that he will strive to have that water back. He said that black money and corruption have affected the middle class and deprived poor of their rights.
