PRASHANT BHUSHAN October 12, 2011:   He was attacked by the members of Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena inside the Supreme Court complex, for his remarks earlier that (i) the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) be revoked in Jammu and Kashmir and (ii) the govt should try to persuade the people of the Kashmir valley to align with India and they should be allowed to separate if they wish to do so.
