May 20, 2011:
After starting the main climb on May 06, 2011, on this day
she became the oldest Indian woman to have scaled
the world's tallest peak, Mount Everest (29,029 ft.), at the age
of 48 years. She also became the first person from Jharkhand
state to scale Mount Everest.

On this day, she started the main climb of her life from the
Everest Base Camp, i.e. to summit the Mount Everest.
