Male Debut Award for Hazaaron Khwaishein
Aisi.
- 2011: He was sentenced to
seven years rigorous imprisonment in a cse of rape of his
maid. The sentence was stayed until his case could be
decided in the High Court. Several hearings have been held
and the case is pending. Meanwhile, the maid has been
prosecuted for perjury; she later said
that it was consensual act.
