DEGENERATION
 
Though thou art not with me,
Yet the fragrance of thine love comes unto me;
“Is it by the virtue of love?
Or because love is God ?”
 
People say, “God is omnipresent”,
So ought to be love……..
But alas! That could not be,
As hatred is step sister of love;
That debases even benevolence………….
 
God gave Adam divine life,
But Satan made it vicious and vicissitudinous,
And now falsehood, avarice, hierocracy,
Fanaticism and vandalism ………
Are making it still profane……….
 
Today man worships Mammon
Completely oblivious of Him………….
But how long? How long? How long?
Oh God! Make man to see and realise the light within
 
And ooze sweetness around the society,
Light to illuminate darkness
And sweetness to sweeten life……….
 
Only then love of humanity will rein hatred,
Lest the darkness of hatred reins love ……….
Only love and peace shall spread godly messages,
Hatred will only destroy the fountain of the 
Cherished will and wisdom of God for his loved ones !!
