Dr. (Prof.) Arun Kumar Jha of Delhi University is a renowned Jurist-Poet who has authored the world's maiden poetic treatises on CONSTITUTION (PEOPLE, THE CONSTITUTION AND ITS PILLARS - JUSTICE, EQUALITY,,LIBERTY) and LAW & GOVERNANCE ( REIGN OF THE PEOPLE). He is a veteran freelance Journalist having been accredited by the Supreme Court of India and extensively covered by more than half a dozen National Dailies for years on end. Dr. Jha hails from village Mangrowni situated in the heart of the ancient Maithil region in the district of Madhubani, Bihar, India.

According to Arun Kumar Jha, Natural Yogic Laughter is highly recommended for overall health of the individual having miraculous effect on toning up the entire body system and making it tension free, losing weight, normalizing blood pressure and removal of facial wrinkles! Laughter produces the hormone endorphin which has a highly positive impact on every organ of the body. It is said to be especially good for the heart and mind. It's also the best form of recreation and rejuvenation.
